The congress will be held in the Conference Hotel Kontakt der Kontinenten in Soesterberg, The Netherlands. More details about this beautiful venue you can find on their website

There are special hotel rates for attendees of the congress. To obtain these special rates you can book your room via the website, using the corporate code (in Dutch: relatie code): "treffen2013". Don't wait too long as the number of rooms is limited!

Students enjoy a rate reduction: two days € 200,- (one day € 100,-)
"Early bird" registrations (until December 15): two days € 350,- (one day € 200,-)
Registration after December 15: two days € 450,- (one day € 250,-)

With the registration reservations can be made for the congress-diner. For the participant and for a possible spouse. Costs are € 40,- per person.

There are no registration costs.

25% discount
Second registration by the same practice will receive a 25% discount of the congress fee!
To reduce costs in the automatic registration system this 25% will be booked back after receipt of the two full payments. In order to get the discount, send a mail to the treasurer pilgram1@casema.nl with the names of the two attendees, the name of the practice and the number and name of the bank account to which the money must be booked back (IBAN and BIC included if you are not from The Netherlands).
