General directions for registration for the Congress

Registration
A person can register for both days or for one. Payment can be done by Ideal or bank transfer. After registration a confirmation will be send to you. Only after reception of the congress fee by the S.D.K. a full confirmation including an invoice will be mailed to you.

 

Students enjoy a rate reduction: two days € 200,- (one day € 100,-)
"Early bird" registrations (until December 15, not for students): two days € 350,- (one day € 200,-)
Registration after December 15: two days € 450,- (one day € 250,-)

The second veterinarian of the same clinic enjoys a 25% discount  on the entrance fee.  

With the registration reservations can be made for the congress-diner. For the participant and for a possible spouse. Costs are € 40,- per person.

There are no registration costs.

 

Cancellation
In case of cancellation before January the 15th we will return your fee minus € 50,- handling costs. After January the 15th no restitution will be possible. All cancellations must be done by e-mail .

 

Extra information
During recess lunch and refreshments will be available for all attendees. Saturday February 11th there will be a dinner in the evening. Partners are welcome to join us during this dinner. Special dietary requests must be made known in advance: please see the registration form.

 

The congress will be held at the wonderful congress hotel Kontakt der Kontinenten (KdK), in the heart of the Netherlands ( www.kontaktderkontinenten.nl ), Soesterberg. On the website of KdK you can find the address and driving directions.

 

Attendees can make hotel reservations at a reduced rate. Reservations are made directly with the hotel and please use the code "Treffen2012" for your special rate.

 

Attendees can also make hotel reservations at the hotel "De Biltsche Hoek" ( www.biltschehoek.com ). Unfortunately the reduced rate is not possible here.
